ABHOS is a behavioral-health EHR we built from scratch and now run in production at One Love Agency, where it replaced a legacy system in eight weeks. It is HIPAA-compliant by architecture: signed BAAs with every vendor that touches patient data, per-tenant data isolation, enforced MFA, full audit logging, and AI that never sends patient data to a consumer model. SOC 2 is in progress.
