• Billing: Fees are charged to your designated payment method on the billing date.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes not included in the subscription price.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hella Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Services and canceling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period (30 days) following termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
